Written in 1979, his song "Could You Be Loved" is the quintessential love song. So, what better to pair with it than the Saint-Amour from Domaine Franck Juillard? It’s impossible to create a Bob Marley-themed wine and music pairing without mentioning his iconic track "Redemption Song." Released in 1980, it was the last notable hit of the reggae master, but certainly not the least! This powerful song, inspired by the political speech of Pan-Africanist Marcus Garvey, features enchanting acoustic guitar chords. For such a track, you need a wine of equal caliber: the Emperus from Domaine des Nymphes in AOC Rasteau. Intense and deep, this wine with black fruit and licorice aromas makes the tasting experience as intense as "Redemption Song" is for the ears. Also, you might have noticed that AOC Rasteau is quite close (just two letters off) to the term "rasta." It’s definitely a sign, right?
