1) The Classic Pairing: A Red Wine with Elegant Structure

To enhance its flavor and create the best pairing, choose a wine that is smooth, round on the palate, and has silky tannins. We suggest opting for a red wine whose tannins will complement the fine and delicate texture of the meat. However, keep in mind that braised lamb chops are delicate, so the tannins must be subtle enough to blend harmoniously.
