G.SICA has a secret to reveal! At the gates of Toulouse, six passionate winemakers have come together to create unique cuvées where the emblematic Négrette grape harmoniously blends with Syrah. This historic terroir, stretching from the banks of the Tarn to those of the Garonne, is renowned not only for its viticultural heritage but also for its key role in the history of aviation and space exploration.

A Unique Terroir for Exceptional Red Wines

The Fronton vineyard is known for its fine red wines, where the Syrah, Cabernet, and Gamay grape varieties express the richness of the Toulouse terroir. However, Fronton has "its" grape: Négrette, which has been endemic to the banks of the Tarn for over 2,000 years. Some believe this variety was brought from the East or Cyprus by pilgrims, but today, it is the heart of Fronton’s terroir and production.

Négrette is a unique grape that imparts notes of black fruits and licorice to the wines of Fronton. This endemic grape is a true hallmark of the region and forms a fundamental element of the Secret of Fronton.
