Respect for People and Nature: A Sustainable Commitment

Since taking over the family estate, we have always sought to adopt environmentally friendly techniques. However, we firmly believe that every decision must be questioned and adjusted based on our experience and the evolution of practices. One certainty guides our choices: we are never certain of anything, but each action is based on a fundamental principle: respect for people and nature. This applies to our daily work approach, as well as our business and partnership relationships, where dialogue, exchange, and well-being are core values essential to creating a positive synergy within our estate.

Respect for Tradition and Values

While being open to the evolution of our profession, we remain attached to the traditions and values passed down by our ancestors, particularly my father and grandfather. "Knowing where we come from to know where we are going" is a principle that guides us daily. We maintain a balance between innovation and grounding in ancestral practices, allowing our terroir to express itself fully. Vineyard work and winemaking must meet strict criteria, but also follow a technical philosophy: letting the wine find its natural balance while controlling each step of its production to preserve the quality and authenticity of our Champagne.

Respect for Commitments and Sustainable Practices

We are firmly committed to transitioning our vineyard to organic farming, which began in April 2011, and to certification in sustainable viticulture through our membership in the TERRA VITIS® VIGNOBLE CHAMPENOIS association since 2012. We are convinced that these commitments are essential to ensure responsible viticulture that respects our environment. Additionally, we are fully transparent and open to inspections by independent certification bodies such as ECOCERT and AFNOR, to validate the traceability and compliance of our agricultural practices.
