Domaine de Lauzières offers three cuvées that highlight the terroir of Les Baux de Provence. The red wine "Sine Nomine" stands out with its ruby color and garnet reflections, an expressive nose of raspberries, blackberries, and a spicy touch of caffeine and licorice. On the palate, it delivers remarkable freshness, a velvety texture with silky tannins, and a long, deep finish, promising excellent aging potential. Apogée, a seductive rosé with its bright grapefruit pink hue, offers a delicate grapefruit nose and a refreshing vivacity and remarkable persistence on the palate. Équinoxe is a red wine with intense ruby nuances, revealing a complex bouquet of crushed red fruits, garrigue, and spices, offering a structured depth, enticing freshness, and a long, gourmet finish.
